RATES AND POLICIES
For remodels and other construction work that is expected to take more than 3 days of work and/or cost more than $3000.00, we will need to assess and give you an estimate. For everything else, you can find the pricing listed below.
GENERAL LABOR RATES
Regular Rates $150.00 minimum labor charge for the first hour and $80.00 per labor hour after the first hour for basic trades.
Labor on maintenance and repair items are taxable in the State of New Jersey at 6.625% and Pennsylvania 6%.
Note: 1 worker for 1 hour= 1 labor hour, 2 workers for 1 hour=2 labor hours, 2 workers for 2 hours= 4 labor hours
ESTIMATES & PROPOSALS
When a job qualifies for our time and materials rates (expected to cost less than $3000.00) we offer free estimates for repairs.
For large scale remodeling jobs that require a written estimate, a $120.00 good faith deposit is required to excute a written estimate with all details, including material. This engagement deposit goes towards the total contract price; if for any reason you decide that you don't want us to do this work, you can use the $120.00 credit towards us doing other work. Present your paid receipt to redeem the $120.00 towards different work other than the work proposed.
MATERIALS, PARTS, SUBS, EQUIPMENT
For your convenience, we pay-and for our convenience, we request reimbursement for-services rendered that necessitate any parts, materials, equipment rental, trash disposal, permit fees, government fees, or third-party services. There will be a 25% administrative fee added to your invoice to cover our cost of financing such goods and services.
Copies of invoices, and reciepts can be provided at your request, there is a $10.00 charge for copies of receipts acquired per work day.
SPECIALTY TRADES
If for any reason the work you requested requires the attention of an specialty trade i.e Roofing, Electrial, Plumbing or Foundation work, we have a perferred list of contractors that we can refer.
INVOICING AND PAYMENTS
Any work charge at handyman rates will be described on the invoices as "Handyman Services Provided".
Payments in full, including materials reimbursements, have to be made at the completion of the work using any acceptable method of payment. Within 5 business days you will receive an invoice via emial or USPS stating "PAID"
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
All invoices can be conveniently paid by using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit Card companies charges us a 3.5% transaction fee for the convience of accepting credit cards. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be charged an additional 3.5% for the total cost of the job. Payments by Cash or Check will not be charged this additional 3.5% fee.
COUPONS AND DEALS
1-Coupons cannot be combined with promotional rates, other coupons and/or daily specials.
2-Coupons cannot be doubled up.
3-Coupons cannot be used paritally or in differnet days, unless when determined by our techs that doing so is the most effective way to handle you specific job.
4-Coupons are valid when used at the following starting hours: 8:30am or 1:00pm-Ask about appointment times when using a coupon. These starting times were stipulated to allow for half-day jobs and full day jobs to be performed more efficiently fitting jobs into 8 business hours.
5-Coupons have no cash value
6-Coupons for gift certificate are not gift certificates, they are offers only. A coupon for a gift certificate is a device that grants you a gift certificate when you hire our services and pay for it in full according to instructions on the coupon.
